		Ross Brandborg Ross is a patent attorney and practices law in many areas, including criminal defense, general litigation, and has prosecuted criminal cases for the City of Fargo. He left prosecuting to open Brandborg Law with a primary focus on criminal defense. Ross has handled all types of high profile cases, including Murders and Sex Crimes. Ross’s skills also include DUI defense work.

		Dan Gast Dan Gast got his start in criminal defense working on appeals to the North Dakota Supreme Court. Dan has written appeals involving Murders to traffic ticket. Dan still maintains an appellate practice but is expanding his practice to include more criminal litigation and trial law.

		April Gray April is a Paralegal who has worked with Ross since his time as a prosecutor. She has extensive experience working with criminal cases and criminal clients. April handles most of the day to day operations at Brandborg Law.
